The land is located in central Portugal, about 20km from the Spanish border. It consists of an olive orchard with 100+ Olive trees of about 40-60 years of age, a group of big pine trees and a hill slope of eucalyptus and oaks. The size of the land is 2.3 ha or 5acres with the option of acquiring the neighbouring lands of 20ha in total.
The idea is to create a place that is off grid with almost everything needed coming from the land and neighbouring farms- At this moment we are far from reaching this goal, but having observed the land for almost 3 years we have a good feeling of what and where things are needed to make it a reality.
