From our family to yours, welcome! We are a Wichita-based branch of American Mortgage Bank. Our team works closely with each customer to develop a custom mortgage plan. We offer most loans – FHA, Conventional, first-time homebuyer loans, USDA, VA, Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECM), traditional or refinance, and more. Our expertise in various loan programs allows us to work with each customer to determine what loan is a best fit for their current situation and needs. Michael, our branch manager, is a Certified Mortgage Advisor and has been in the industry for more than 20 years. He was a recipient of Mortgage Professionals of America Young Guns Award and is a certified instructor teaching continuing ed on various loan products to industry professionals.
