Welcome to Addiction Depression Recovery. On this channel I will be discussing my story of addiction and redemption, and the things that helped me make a positive change in my life. I hope I can help others by sharing what worked for me...and what didn't. The road to recovery can be difficult, and hopefully my story and advice can help others by making that road a little less bumpy.
