The reconstruction of the new civilization started around the Ramchar Foundation in Korea. The Ramchar Foundation was established to build a new civilization, support and nurture the next generation of children and young people who will become the subjects of the next civilization. The Ramchar Foundation will also work to lay the foundations for the new civilization, which aims to transform from material civilization to spiritual civilization, vertical to horizontal civilization, and planetary to galactic civilization. Also, balance and harmony will be fundamental to planetary civilization, where balance and harmony mean lowering oneself, elevating others, and helping and caring for others to change.
