Rowing is what drives us. Our mission is to move the sport forward in a direction that is authentic and socially impactful. We achieve this in three ways: (1) Creating exceptional youth and master’s rowing experiences focused on athlete development, competition, and promoting thought-leadership, (2) reducing barriers to entry, specifically socio-economic barriers and skill gaps, and (3) producing amazing content to tell the world our story and that of the people who've dedicated themselves to the sport.
