I've left now and no longer checking messages. Sorry. I've been unwell for a long time and need to look after myself. I also believe social media has become too toxic and is a danger to (mental) health. We need to take action for the next generation! *** Hi, my name's Jonny. When I was 20, I was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder. Since then I've had several relapses/hospitalisations documented on here. I also vlog about living with ulcerative colitis. Aside from vlogging, I produced and presented documentaries on the BBC & Channel 4. My 2014 social media campaign to #findMike, the man who saved me when i was suicidal, went viral and led to the documentary & book 'The Stranger on the Bridge'. My next book, The Book Of Hope, was published in 2022. In 2018, i setup mental health charity, Beyond, which provides support to young people.
