In February 2014, 153 people joined together for the first worship service of the Lake Deaton Campus of New Covenant. Since that time the Lake Deaton Campus has steadily grown in weekly worship. In December of 2018 we inhabited our current building located off Highway 44A. In June 2020 we launched from New Covenant UMC as a new United Methodist Church. Through an emphasis on Small Groups and finding places to radically serve our community and the world around us, Lake Deaton has become a place of laughter, joy and holistic community. We strive to live into our church DNA of radical hospitality and to provide a safe place for all people to come and experience how the Christian faith could impact their lives for the betterment of the world around them. Join us for worship on Saturday or Sunday. On Saturday evenings we offer a casual band-based worship at 5pm. On Sunday offer a fun spirit-filled worship at 9:00 and a traditional organ/piano based worship at 10:30.
