Hi there, my name is Diane Atwood and I'm from Maine. For more than 20 years, I was the health reporter at Newscenter Maine in Portland. I began writing the blog Catching Health in 2011, and a few years later, began a podcast. In 2021, I started a new business called Catching Your Memories. I believe that everybody has a story to tell — if only someone would ask. I love asking people about their memories and life stories and did so in private interviews and on my podcast. I’ve retired Catching Health and Catching Your Memories but here, you'll find a wide array of stories and snippets from both.
