With musical roots dating back to childhood, Shanti and Deedrah are deeply connected to the trance scene. Shanti played his first gig in Amsterdam and quickly rose among the genre’s pioneers, later producing music for international artists — including Billboard Top 10 hits in the U.S. Deedrah (formerly Dado), raised in a family of musicians, began studying music at five and went on to collaborate with trance icons such as Tsuyoshi Suzuki, Astral Projection, Total Eclipse, and Jaia before releasing his solo album Self-Oscillation in 1997. Together as Shanti V Deedrah, they blend groovy melodies and playful basslines into a fluid, polished sound that’s both fresh and unmistakably refined.
