Aristacatte only listens to one genre of music; good music, and as a rule that is all she writes too. She writes music from funk to orchestral, with a little bit of everything in between. For the curious newcomer, "Aristacatte" is just a stage name, because really, it sounds a lot cooler than "Madeline Curie."
Aristacatte is attending university for performance and composition in contemporary music, and although her You Tube channel doesn't make it obvious, she has a plethora of music under her belt. She began composing at the age of 13 when she was sick of hearing trash on the radio like "Starships" or "Titanium" (but she will admit that "Call Me Maybe" is her guilty pleasure song). Since then, she has composed music for live musical groups including orchestras and string ensembles that have performed in front of audiences of up to 500 people.
Currently, she is working on putting out her debut album "North Star," which will feature radiant, inspired music.
