Born and raised in Havana Cuba, David Blanco became the biggest star in Cuba pioneering high energy Latin American rock music. By fusing his trademark urban and rock sounds with Cuban and foreign rhythms David has reached Latin audiences around the world.
Writer, arranger, producer, director and multi-instrumentalist he is the product of a musical dynasty which dates back to Spain in the late 1800’s. David is regularly joined on tour and in the studio by his very talented brother Ernesto. Together they have fought their way into the hearts of Cubans of all generations by playing Rock n' Roll in a country devoted to Salsa, Rap and Reggaton. The messages behind their music are positive, the lyrics speak to Hope and Evolution.
