The Composer’s Voice is a growing series of short documentaries about the process of music composition.
Each episode focuses on a single piece as seen from the perspective of the composer of that piece. Where appropriate, short examples of the score are played.
The aim of The Composer’s Voice is to build up an understanding of some of the elements that go into the composition of modern contemporary classical music. It is also a primary source of insight into that specific composition.
