Cold Raven took form in 2013. From then on the first songs of a melodic yet obscure black metal began to take form, with lyrics about pre-christian religions, inner enlightenment and occultism. In December of the same year guitarist Vuall joins the band and they enter the studio at the end of May 2014. In 2015 the first album “Equilibrium And Chaos” comes out via Sliptrick Records The band then starts playing with important acts in the underground scene, such as Nargaroth, Infernal War, Necromass, Dark Funeral, God Dethroned, Belphegor, Unleashed, Mortuary Drape, Impaled Nazarene, etc, and plays in several European countries. In December 2016 they take part in the "Evil Over Europe" tour, supporting Belphegor, Possessed and Absu.The band then takes a 2-year break from live shows in order to write and record their next album, called "In Tenebris Silvam", which came out in January 2020 with new singer Tenebrio. They’re currently writing new material.
