I've Finally cracked the mysterious kefir code! Living the Kefir life! Great method for the single life and warm climates. After years of watching videos and reading websites for months even years.. I struggled as a newbie to get good kefir. Nothing worked well till this. High grain ratios! If you have trouble with your kefir this may be the solution. 24-48 hours, whaaaat? Mine turns out better in only 3-4 hours.. easy for a busy life.
