Peter E. Parisi came from New Jersey to St. Louis in the 70s as a radio DJ and program director. By the 80s, he was driving a cab. In 1985, when public access television came to cable television, a call went out for locals to submit programming. Pete picked up a video camera at the Famous Barr on Kingshighway at Chippewa, and shortly after, World Wide Magazine was born.
WWM ran for over 15 years, having a cult following that tuned in to see what antics Pete and his cast would get into. During the time, Pete also produced many episodes of Pro Wrestling with Big Daddy and then the Giant Assassin. Pete passed away in January of 2002 due to complications from diabetes. The program ended but episodes sprung up on the internet in the years that followed.
In October of 2020, a trove of Parisi's master tapes were discovered, the most complete collection of what he produced. This channel will post those tapes, now digitized for your viewing, sharing, and tweeting. We just want you to watch!
