Max Restaurant Group began in the early 1980's with Max Restaurant Group Founder and President Richard Rosenthal had a vision to create a new kind of dining experience in his native city of Hartford, CT. Max Restaurant Group consists of Max Downtown, Trumbull Kitchen, Max a Mia, Max Amore, Max Fish, Max Burger West Hartford, Savoy Pizzeria, Max's Oyster Bar, Max's Tavern, Max Burger Longmeadow and The Cooper. This summer season Max Restaurant Group is hosting and cooking up it's 10th season of Chef to Farm.
