Samuel Mwamba is the funder of Norme! Production and a Congolese filmmaker based in Seattle, Washington, USA, with a strong background in international film production. He is a graduate of the University of Washington’s Film and Video Program, where he honed his skills in cinematic storytelling, production design, and documentary filmmaking. Samuel has contributed to several acclaimed African films, including Viva Riva! (2010), War Witch (2012), and Kinshasa Symphony (2010), serving in various key production roles such as production assistant and coordinator.
