Everyone has their own angle, surely. We may even call it the "spin" we put on things; our Religion; or our Drug-of-Choice. Even Bill O'Reilly had his own spin, some say, in his "The No Spin Zone" show. So, maybe, as Jon Meacham had said: "There is nothing new under the sun"? But maybe there occasionally is something new under the sun? For, in certain areas, couldn't we really use a totally new shift? Just like when astronomy took a huge leap from the Ptolemaic System to the Copernican system and by Kepler's laws of planetary motion, in the 16th and 17th centuries. Or consider the end of the Cold War with the Soviet Union, with the leadership of Mr. Gorbachev and Mr. Yeltsin. Perhaps we are more a product of our backgrounds than we might ever have imagined, and as we delve into our upbringing, we discover new reasons to see that we may just have rather unusual ideas to present?
