Welcome to Plant B :: a channel about healthy living, the search for happiness and good digestion. Jackie and Bub have digestive disorders that forces them to think outside the takeout box. They knew the S.A.D. (standard american diet) was killing them but didn't know what was O.K. to eat. After trying the Specific Carb Diet (see SCDBub on Youtube), a plant based, vegan centered regime, they regained control over their lives. Now, after driving 13,000 miles across the U.S., and tuning their diet just right, the fresh young couple has settled in Colorado; eager to take you on this adventure with them.
