Vocal FX is an all-voices barbershop chorus based in Wellington, New Zealand and a member chorus of Barbershop Harmony New Zealand (BHNZ). Vocal FX was formed in 2003 by director Charlotte Murray, originally as a men’s chorus. In 2023 Vocal FX celebrated their 20-year anniversary as a chorus with a reunion concert involving past and present members. The chorus sings a variety of new and traditional Barbershop arrangements, as well as some choral arrangements and waiata (Māori songs).
