Iconoplast is a transdisciplinary project by Sara Bonaventura and Elisa Muliere, in collaboration with Madelon Vriesendorp, curated by Adiacenze and Anna Rosellini. Starting from Donna Haraway's tentacular thinking, Iconoplast proposes the speculative narrative of a post-human, yet familiar and welcoming future, in which plastic comes to life. Video dematerializations, sculptural elements and assemblies made with recycled plastics make up an immersive installation, a soft and perturbing microcosm, in which man has been replaced by new unexpected species that colonize the planet in a hymn to life.
