Our High school students will gain experience in various aspects of broadcasting, including producing, directing, announcing for live broadcast TV. This Club / Independent study class is hands-on, providing students the opportunity to film such events as Valley sports (football, lacrosse, field hockey, volleyball, soccer, basketball), concerts, musicals, town parades, presentations, and other school & community events. Valley Broadcast provides students with career possibilities that surround and support live video production, whether they are interested in being behind the camera or in front of it. The course is designed to develop the students’ skills and expand their career choices and potential.
