Thanks for stopping by my YouTube!! My name is Raquel & I'm a 17 y.o. Nashville based Singer/Songwriter Raquel! Here's my story :) At 7 I began writing songs & at 8 I started performing. Family lived in Phoenix Arizona & I wanted to sing anywhere I could so I sang at dozens of Karaoke places & also at venues like Top Shelf, Hot Pipes and Macy’s Talent Show where I won 1st place and landed a contract with Flash Model & Talent Search! At 11 we moved to Spring Branch, TX & I recorded for the first time! Performing at venues Tap Exchange & Texas 46! We traveled to Nashville where I sang at Tootsies, The Stage, Legends, & Lonnie’s! Moved to Illinois at 14 where I’ve been fortunate enough to perform at Kiki’s Coffee in Anna as well as the Anna Art Center. Performing the National Anthem at at AJ High School, So ILL University & the So ILL Minors baseball!
