Justin currently serves as the Associate Principal Clarinet of Orchestra Victoria and the founding Artistic Director of the Melbourne Chamber Players. His career has led him to perform as guest Principal Clarinet and E-flat Clarinet with esteemed orchestras such as the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, New Zealand Symphony Orchestra and The Australian World Orchestra as well as chamber music festivals across Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
