The Alzheimer’s Association, New York City Chapter is here to help those living with the disease, caregivers, health care professionals and families in the five boroughs. We provide education and support, advocate for the needs and rights of those facing Alzheimer’s disease and all other dementia, and advance critical research toward methods of treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure.
