Abdullah, Labib Nashid, Elijah Saleem, who wanted to establish AL-Islam in Northwest area of Houston. The leadership of this community is first committed in not only building places of worship, but first and foremost in the establishment of a standard of excellence bases on sacred principles. Facts are that progressive and productive people live by and establish for themselves a standard of excellence based on sacred principles. A large percent of this community is made up of ex-offenders, but over half of this same percent is self employed. Our aim is to prove that people that believe in G'd are also people who are productive and progressive people, because you have to have faith in a power bigger than yourself if you want to be progressive.
