Dr. R. is a stress researcher and Principal at Abhinna Publishing and Consulting, a firm that specializes in mentoring and training for those experiencing symptoms of chronic and traumatic stress. Her research in mental and emotional self-management (MESM) addresses the biological need for nervous system regulation as well as cognitive training to address the entire mind-body experience. Rhonda’s interest in contemplative practices such as meditation, have led to a collaborative study on the long-term effects of meditation on business professionals. Likewise her quest for authenticity in both personal and professional life inspires her theoretical work in authenticity. She holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and PhD in organizational behavior from Claremont Graduate University, and a certificate in Nalanda Buddhist Philosophy from Tibet House India.
