The Free Alabama Movement channel promotes the elevation of the voices and real life experiences of men and women trapped in American cages. FAM rejects the idea that people in prison are voiceless. Instead, our voices aren't heard because people with platforms try to speak for us instead of extending their platforms to our voices so that we can speak for ourselves. FAM created this channel so that we can speak for ourselves, realizing that we cannot expect to be free if we don't make our voices heard and create our own space for us to be at the forefront of our Human Rights Movement.
