The Mike Klinger B3 Organ Group resides in Sequim, WA and is led by Mike Klinger who plays a Joey DeFrancesco signature B3 Organ and piano. Additional players include Tom Svornich (drums), Ted Enderele (bass), and Ed Donahue (trumpet/flugel), Mike is a fluent jazz composer/arranger so a lot of the music they play includes his original compositions in several different stylings to include: latin, samba, swing, ballads, funk, soul, etc. The band also plays some wonderful jazz standards like: Just Friends, A Song For My Father, In Your Own Sweet Way, Whisper Not, My Romance, Secret Love, etc. Filling out other styles of music is the funk/soul side to include: Many Stops Along the Way, Rainbow Seeker, Groove Master, etc. The band performs every 2nd and 4th Saturday night at Casa Mexico in Keyport and every other month at The Cedar Door in Port Townsend. It also plays at local breweries and wineries as well as Music in the Park series, Music on the Pier and The Lavender Festival.
