The Sidmouth Fringe Sessions are a series of musical performances held over 5 nights in August in an oak-framed barn in Devon. It features a selection of the best up-and-coming artists from across the UK plus a few established favourites and international touring artists within an intimate barn setting.
The Fringe Sessions are held in the sleepy village of Salcombe Regis a couple of miles along the coast from Sidmouth and runs alongside (but independent of) the long-established Sidmouth Folk Festival. The music is an eclectic mix - and has included traditional folk, bluegrass, stomp, blues, americana, gypsy, jazz, world, indie and pop - and everything in-between.
The Sessions are currently 'free to all music lovers' - See ya in the summer :)
