Welcome my love — I'm so glad you're here. I'm Lisa Weinhold, founder of The Bare Female and the Unfold Portal, an international online yoga and embodiment membership. I believe that our mats are one of the most beautiful places where we can begin to return to ourselves — not to the best version of us, but to the most honest one. For me, yoga is the path back to meeting our full humanity. My classes invite curiosity and exploration — and hopefully help you to learn to honor the infinite intelligence of your body. My classes are an invitation to bring everything — the beautiful and the heavy, the light and the dark. Originally from Germany and now at home on Mallorca, I teach in both English and German. I live here with my husband and my daughter, who is my greatest inspiration. I see myself as an eternal student: always growing, always curious, shaped by the people who have walked alongside me.
