Dr. Abbie Stevens is an astronomer who researches dead stars with extreme physics called black holes and neutron stars. She is passionate about science literacy and STEM outreach for a wide variety of audiences, and loves making science entertaining and accessible by incorporating scientific concepts in art and storytelling. Dr. Abbie has held research grants from the National Science Foundation and NASA, and has taught at Michigan State University and Bard College. She is also available as a science advisor for astronomy, physics, and space science in creative projects.
