I started my YouTube channel, "This Aspie’s Wife," to share my experiences of being married to a man with autism. For the first five years, I thought my marriage was fine, but I slowly realized I was being abused through gaslighting, coercive control, and intermittent reinforcement. Like a frog in boiling water, I lost my identity and became a nameless wife appliance. During the darkest years, YouTube was my only way to speak out. When I escaped, the abuse escalated, forcing me to shut the channel down. Now, I’ve rebranded as "Conscious Pilot," an exclusively live stream channel to safely share my story and help others.
