A word about the most watched "street cello" videos on my channel:
When I lived in Paris I loved watching street performers which there was a great variety of, and the "Fete de la Musique" which is a day when the entire City of Light is filled with concerts on the street. The suburbs of DC is rather lackluster in comparison, but Aaron and his cello are an exception. From time to time I see him performing in front of a parking entrance between two shops in the Washingtonian area of Gaithersburg, and have always enjoyed it.
That Friday evening, I was very lucky to have my camera with me when I walked by where he was singing and playing, so I stuck around to capture some of his wonderful performance on video. Aaron Gage is an aspiring musician whose gift deserves to be heard by the world... I hope he makes it big out there one day - although the streets of Maryland will miss him.
