I was at the prime of my life & career as a singer/ songwriter having just written two songs for Celine Dion and on the heels of a dream deal with Sony Music when a tick bite nearly killed me. I ended up in heart failure after 12 “top” NYC docs dismissed my bizarre symptoms as “stress.” It was a terrifying moment that changed the trajectory of my life. It set me on a mission to change the chronic illness landscape by sharing my story and newfound knowledge with the world. I’ve been there. I get it. I’m here to help.
