Pawsitive Alliance is working across Washington to help cats and dogs in need because we believe they all deserve a chance. Our Mission is to help end the euthanasia of cats and dogs in Washington by increasing adoptions, supporting spay and neuter programs, and improving pet retention. #Whynotmepets is a collaborative marketing campaign that gives the homeless cats and dogs who need more care and attention a chance to find a home as quickly as possible; they are the ones left asking “Why Not Me?"The campaign currently focuses on Washington's homeless cats and dogs that have been homeless 2 months or longer; are elderly, have behavior or medical needs, or aren’t thriving in the shelter environment; and, the animals that make up a large percentage of the shelter population, such as bully breeds.
