This is the official YouTube channel for the Kings Langley Community Choir. Founded in 2008, we are an A Cappella choir with a reputation for strong melodic singing delivered through layered harmonies. The choir’s repertoire embraces a wide range of popular music - pop, gospel, folk, traditional, international and more - featuring songs such as Steeleye Span’s Gaudete, Forever Young by Bob Dylan, Last Train To Clarkesville (The Monkees), One Day Like This (Elbow) and the ELO's Mr Blue Sky.
We are a non-audition, community choir who enjoy making music together for fun, well-being and stress relief, but always resulting in a polished performance.
As a community choir we are involved in local events, fund raising opportunities for local charities and private performances, including weddings.
Our members come from a wide area around Kings Langley, including Abbots Langley, Rickmansworth, Bovingdon, Hemel Hempstead, Leverstock Green and further afield such as Wendover and Aylesbury.
