TACOSV is a full orchestra with musicians from the San Francisco Peninsula and South Bay, who gather together in Los Altos and Mountain View, CA to play baroque, classical and popular music for fun. It's a social and supportive multigenerational community with musicians of diverse skills. TACO is a project of the Los Altos Mountain View Community Foundation's Local Impact Collective. The TACOSV YouTube channel is a place to gather our videos since our founding in 2010. Our two most recent significant videos are the documentary called Sunday Afternoon Playing Music with Friends, premiered May 2024; and our 15th Anniversary concert video, TACO and Friends: Celebrating the Music of Nancy Bloomer Deussen, March 2025.
