Hey there! I’m Lauren, a mom of two teens. In my early 40s, life threw me a curveball with a breast cancer diagnosis. But guess what? It only made me stronger and more determined to shine my light even brighter. My journey through cancer has been a wild ride of self-discovery, enhanced spirituality, and some serious beauty TLC. I’ve always been a bit of a science nerd with a serious obsession with skincare ingredients (it helps to have a degree in Biomechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Nursing). As the Beauty Editor of Cosmopolitan Middle East, I’m all about mixing that science know-how with the magic of beauty. I'm focused on wellness, health, and just enjoying life.
