Emma Priya is a Toronto based singer-songwriter. Her first EP, entitled "Beyond Borders" was released in 2019 across all platforms. Born in the UK, and raised in Canada by her Manipuri father and British mother, her music is a melange of the folk-rock/singer-songwriter and pop genres. Her music is soft, vulnerable, and sometimes gritty, edgy and dark, but mostly, her lyrics explore the theme of "love" and what it means to "be loved", synonymous with her name sake, "Priya".
