My 30 to 60 Minute, circuit-style workouts are achievable for all fitness levels—from beginners to seasoned pros. For hour classes, you can expect to begin with a short warm-up and end with a targeted cool-down while half-hour classes omit the warm-up. Regardless, you're sure to sweat plenty throughout the hour. If you have weights or bands at home and are familiar with working out with weights, check out my advanced circuits! For those who need modifications due to injury or other restrictions, I’m happy to provide options.
