The Foundation for Community Association Research is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization devoted to common interest community research, development, and scholarship. Incorporated in 1975, the Foundation supports and conducts research in the community, homeowner, and condominium association industry. On our YouTube Channel, we seek to promote ideas that are educational, positive, helpful, and respectful of privacy.
In addition, the Foundation supports Community Associations Institute (CAI), an international organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, competent, harmonious community associations. For more than 50 years, CAI has been the leader in providing education and resources to the volunteer homeowners who govern community associations and the professionals who support them.
