I decided to create this site because Silversafe rocks!!!! My name is Alan I am a friend of the band I hope you like the site. Silversafe puts on one of the most polished, energetic live shows in the Northwest and more than one critic has called them "the next big thing to come out of Portland." Catchy, heavy, and dynamic, Silversafe's music is reminiscent of a mix of Incubus, Filter, Atreyu and Chevelle. Silversafe strives to write "intelligent rock," songs that possess significance and depth. Silversafe is a hard rock band from Portland, OR. Since their inception in 2007, they have toured relentlessly, playing with artists such as Puddle Of Mudd, The Exies, Hurt, Powerman 5000, Nonpoint, Fall From Grace, and A Change Of Pace. Silversafe's music has been described as "direct, hard hitting, modern rock too good to be locked away" by one critic, and the band has landed slots at several major festivals, including SXSW.
