The idea for Altru formed out of a frustration with the corporate music industry, a love of collaboration, and a hunger for cultural movement. Our goal is to help artists express their most authentic creative selves and guide them towards a path of pursuing that full-time. As a team of artists, each with creative projects of our own, our “artist-first” approach isn’t merely a mentality – it’s ingrained in everything we do. We take pride in our differences; combining our experience in the music business with our passion for the arts, we strive to uproot and progress outdated methods for success in the music industry and create a safe, supportive environment for artists to thrive.
