Violist, Chamber Musician, and Composer of Contemporary Classical Music🎻🎼🎶 As a violist, Rickman has played under world-renowned conductors such as Dmitri Sitkovetsky, Cristian Macelaru, Tito Muñoz, Leslie B. Dunner, and Jung-Ho Pak. Rickman is an outgoing and active chamber music, participating in festivals including Green Mountain Chamber Music Festival in Vermont, and the International Chamber Music Academy in Ochsenhausen, Germany. Rickman currently plays on a 1996 contemporary viola made by Helmuth Keller. Rickman began to have an interest to be a composer at the age of 9, before finally starting to compose at the age of 14. Rickman’s compositions are heavily inspired by Mozart, Beethoven, Alban Berg, Béla Bartók, Wolfgang Rihm & Jörg Widmann. In his free time, Rickman likes gaming, watching movies and anime, attending concerts, and learning German and Japanese.
