Robert Mitchell is the founder of RMHFV and Bravery Basket Food Pantry, based in Rapid City, South Dakota. A proud U.S. Army veteran, Robert served in the 1980s as a 67T Blackhawk Helicopter Crew Chief. Today, Robert is a certified Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT) and hypnotherapist specializing in PTSD. He also serves as a leader and instructor with Reboot Recovery, teaching faith-based, 12-week trauma recovery programs designed for veterans, active-duty service members, and first responders. In addition, he is developing his expertise in sound therapy and sound healing, integrating holistic practices into his work with individuals and communities. Through Bravery Basket Food Pantry, Robert is dedicated to addressing the growing issue of food insecurity among military families, which affects an estimated 25–35% of service members and veterans. His mission is to provide support, nourishment, and hope to those who have served our nation.
