Chris Steinmetz is a Chicago Native Audio Engineer, Producer, Musician and Songwriter. He started his engineering career in when he moved to Los Angeles around 1986. His first session was with Paul Simon and Roy Halle doing all the vocal overdubs on ” Graceland “. His second session was with John Denver, producer/ engineer Roger Nichols and Elvis’ band. He even pulled off working with David Lee Roth and Ted Templeman on his third session. The rest is history. On this channel, Chris is looking to cover the fundamental knowledge of music production and to share his experiences working in the music industry for over 30 years.
