The information and exercises on this channel are for people who are just beginning an exercise program, or for some who are returning to a fitness regime after being ill or experiencing an accident.
Bob is over 75 and has been a certified fitness instructor at the YMCA in his town for over 25 years. Before that, he was a teacher who taught Phys. Ed. along with many other things.
At present, he teaches a "Gentle Strength" movement class as part of a series of classes called "Move Together" at the local YMCA. He also loves walking, cooking, gardening, traveling, and storytelling.
