My on going battle with cancer. I’m DC, a survivor of the 2011 Japan tsunami and a 9.1 magnitude earthquake in Miyagi. That same year, I was diagnosed with incurable stage 4 Follicular Lymphoma, stage 3 kidney disease, liver disease, and I had a large tumor wrapped around and choking my Aorta. While visiting family in Australia. While going through treatments, I was diagnosed stage 4 for the 2nd time in Jan. 2014. Cancer hit me hard—twice in two years—leaving me homeless, my career gone, and bedridden, with ALL my organs on the verge of complete failure, after three years of chemo. Now, at 52, I’m rebuilding my life. I’m a strength and conditioning coach, Breathwork coach, studying biochemistry,, nutrition, metabolic health, ancestral living, I use diet, breathwork, strength training, and more to manage my cancer.
