At the beginning of 2022, I realized I was struggling with my mental health. It has been accumulating for many years. I have always ignored it or dealt with it the wrong way. This year, it had blown off and I was left with no option other than taking a decision to seek help, learn to understand my feelings, continuously note down my thoughts and let it all out on paper then discuss them with someone who can help. I learnt to love myself, accept it and talk to it gently, forgive my weaknesses and flaws, take my own hand when I'm struggling with disappointment, shame and doubt. I learnt to notice, appreciate and celebrate my achievements and to note them down because those are my crutch in times of doubt or trouble. It's a journey that takes a lot of work and effort, but it's not in vain! One of my biggest drives in this journey is to help other struggling souls by sharing my recovery stages, that's why I created this channel.
